No returns unless determined to be a defect in the item. Silver will tarnish if not stored properly or worn frequently. Proper care includes regular polishing and avoiding harsh chemicals and sitting water.
Simply wash silver with mild soap (like Dawn) and water, dry, and then polish with a polishing cloth. If you damage your item and would like a quote on repairs, please contact us at support@dornoutpost.com with images and a description of what occurred.
